Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation, and sales operations while working with experienced sales professionals. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research and identify prospective customers across target industries. 
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. 
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. 
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system. Follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements and nurture leads. 
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports. 
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion. 
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports. 
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Fresh up to 2 years Experiance 
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. 
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospects. 
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
