Job Description
Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate IT Student to join organisation on a full-time or part-time basis for 12 months commencing July 2026.
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:
- Supporting Bosch Oceania associates with effective usage of Computer, Mobile and Printer hardware and productivity software
- Managing Lifecycle replacements (Computer and Mobile hardware)
- Resolving common faults with area of focus Consulting on the Bosch global Products and Services that are available for use

Qualifications
To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:
- Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 1 year towards an Information Technology or similar undergraduate degree.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service, prior retail / hospitality experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including advanced Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration technologies.
- Broad knowledge of end-user computing, infrastructure, and application environments, including Windows and Apple platforms.
- Understanding of data security and cyber awareness principles.
- Interest in and exposure to emerging technologies such as Generative AI.
- Have a strong interest in innovation and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning.
Desirable
- Experience and exposure to low code / now code platforms with Power BI
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes (e.g. Service Now).
