About the Role

The eFC/eForms initiative supports Singapore’s healthcare digitalisation by enabling paperless workflows and improved patient experience. This project covers 1) site deployment and 2) system integration with HealthHub+ across multiple institutions and clusters.
 
Subject to business needs, the selected intern(s) will be assigned to assist in one of the following workstreams:
 
1. Workstream 1: Site Deployment (SingHealth Cluster – KKH & Kaki Bukit Polyclinic)
  • Coordinate and facilitate login lab sessions for site onboarding
  • Perform Technical Dry Runs (TDR) to ensure readiness of devices (e.g., Topaz signature pads) prior to go-live
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including coordination with testers and issue tracking
  • Manage and track defects/issues during UAT and hypercare period
  • Document outcomes, highlight risks/issues, and support go-live activities
 
2. Workstream 2: Integration with HealthHub+ (NHG, NUHS, SHS)
  • Support UAT activities across multiple clusters (NHG, NUHS, SHS)
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to track test cases and consolidate feedback
  • Log, track, and follow up on bugs and issue tickets during UAT and hypercare
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support system integration and deployment activities
  • Maintain documentation of testing progress and issue resolution

 

About You: 

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing
  • Have a keen interest in IT Project Management
  • Familiar with ticketing or project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is advantageous
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
  • Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
