About the Role

Job Summary

  • 1.Assist finance team to do annual document filing 
    2.Assist finance team to do annual Fixed Asst Physical Count
    3.To handle other basic financial tasks

     

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing and distributing communication materials for HR and employees regarding compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary data for calculations and letters. 
  • Assist the Total Rewards team with projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Business, Economics, or related field. 
  • Available to intern for at least 3 days a week and for 2 months. 
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with mail merge is a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English. 
  • Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
