Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. The role focuses on assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment documentation, onboarding activities, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment reporting, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.


Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willing and able to work onsite at Nhon Trach, Dong Nai.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination of day-to-day recruitment activities.

  • Source candidates through various recruitment channels and conduct initial phone screenings.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Prepare salary proposals and related recruitment documentation.

  • Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Assist in recruitment branding initiatives and candidate attraction activities for JTV.

  • Maintain recruitment reports, track hiring progress, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Perform other Talent Acquisition-related duties and projects as assigned.

This is a full-time internship position with a duration of three (3) months. Applicants should be able to commit to the full internship period.
