About the Role

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Platform Marketing and eMerchandising teams across Western Europe. You will gain hands-on experience working with major retailers and marketplaces, supporting digital marketing campaigns, online product experiences, reporting, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across retail and marketplace platforms

  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and stakeholder communication

  • Support search, traffic, and campaign performance reporting

  • Assist with trend analysis, benchmarking, and KPI tracking

  • Help develop and deliver marketing performance training for internal teams

eMerchandising

  • Support product and content updates across retailer platforms

  • Review online product pages for accuracy and content quality

  • Identify content gaps and optimization opportunities

  • Coordinate asset delivery with agencies and internal stakeholders

  • Support reporting and operational processes

Team & Business Support

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates

  • Support recurring meetings and project coordination

  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Digital Media, or a related field

  • Strong interest in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and online shopper behaviour

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working with data and reporting

  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Eligibility criteria

  • This is a paid internship (37.5h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site). 

  • Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.

  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.
