Job Description
YOUR ROLE AS A: Intern, Social Media
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes content.
As the Social Media Content Intern, you’ll create social-first content for AirAsia NEXT - from idea to shoot, edit and posting. You’ll help bring our brand moments to life, turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping stories. From brand campaigns and capturing Allstar moments to creator collaborations and live events, you’ll be right in the action, capturing and creating content that feels real, timely and built for social.
If you love capturing real moments, telling authentic stories and turning everyday brand moments into engaging social content, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
Create short-form social content from concept to final post
Film and edit content using your phone or camera — quickly and creatively
Plan weekly content ideas and shoot lists
Capture on-ground moments at events, activations and brand campaigns
Work with KOLs and creators, including outreach and collaborative content shoots
Package content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels) and other social platforms
Track content performance and use insights to improve future content
What We’re Looking For
Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills
Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments and live moments
A good eye for storytelling, pacing and social trends
Confident directing talent, creators or everyday people on camera
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content performance
