About the Role
The student as part of Regional Distribution Centre Team will be working with various stakeholders including our outsourced 3PL warehouse team to facilitate daily operations, covering full set of warehouse activities and monitoring via Infineon Systems (i.e. ERP SAP, PIF SAP, Assist4, PIO SAP). The student will also have a chance to involve in projects that are related to digitalization.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Customer Experience & Improvement: Support continuous improvement projects designed to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify, evaluate, and manage potential improvements in daily operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Digital Transformation: Actively contribute to logistics and warehouse digitalization initiatives, including process automation and system integration.
  • Daily Operations & Reporting: Support day-to-day operational tasks and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of daily performance reports.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
  • Supply Chain Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Infineon Supply Chain concept and the full scope of logistics warehouse operations.
  • Digital Innovation: Obtain hands-on exposure to digitalization projects and emerging technologies within the logistics landscape.
  • Global Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the distinct business environments and market dynamics in Asia Pacific and Europe.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Enhance communication skills and learn to effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Acquire practical knowledge and operational skills in SAP systems.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. 
  • Technical Exposure: Academic exposure to Python, Tableau, or other programming languages is considered a strong plus, though not mandatory. 
  • Personal Attributes: Demonstrate keen learning agility, self-motivation, and strong teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask across projects and priorities while maintaining effective communication and interpersonal relationships.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, meticulous approach to identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis. 
  • Availability & Duration: Available for an internship starting in January 2027 onwards, for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
