Responsibilities:
1.经过培训在线接待客户询价,利用知识库及AI工具反馈客户问题,确保客户需求被准确记录并及时响应
2.初步整理客户其他类型需求
3.支持信息化项目的整理和测试工作
4.支持部门内部日常运营及流程优化工作
Qualifications:
1. 在校本科或研究生(大二及以上 / 研一研二优先)专业不限,理工科背景优先,
2. 客户导向与沟通能力,具备良好的服务意识,对客户问题有耐心,表达清晰,能够进行专业、准确的线上沟通
3. 认真细致,责任感强, 学习能力强,执行力高 ,能在培训后独立处理基础询价
4. 基础技术理解能力(优先),对电子、测试测量、工业产品有基本兴趣或理解,能快速学习产品知识
5. AI工具或数字化能力(加分),熟悉Copilot / ChatGPT / 自动化工具等,能辅助信息整理、内容优化或数据分析
6. 每周 ≥3 天到岗,可全周 5 天优先考虑,实习周期6个月
