About the Role

Intern ‐ Operations

(Based at Biyagama)

Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specializes in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. With operations in Sri Lanka and additional facilities in India and Indonesia, Silueta supports a diversified workforce and continues to expand its global footprint to meet evolving market needs. Silueta provides seamless, high-performance designs for categories such as intimate wear and sportswear, offering premium apparel solutions crafted for both comfort and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and production data.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitate department meetings.
  • Coordinate subcontractor operations when required.
  • Handle assigned internal improvement and automation projects.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Undergraduates in Physical Science (Mathematics or Statistics background).
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good English communication in both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
