About the Role 

 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you'll do :
  • You will be a trusted partner in the planning and execution of new store openings across various European locations.
  • You will assist in promoting the Independent Emma Store program through creative and effective marketing strategies.
  • You will collaborate with logistics teams to manage order processes and maintain operational excellence.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for external partners to streamline communication and facilitate project alignment.
  • You will provide updates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.


Who we are looking for :
  • You speak French and English fluently
  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • You are equipped with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
  • You are skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling effective collaboration with partners and teams across diverse locations.
  • You are interested in retail, logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry. Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus.
  • Given the scale of the project, we are looking for someone that is available for 6 months or more .
