Position SummaryUsing a customer relationship management tool, employees will conduct calling campaigns designed to provide information to prospective and current students, solicit feedback, build rapport, encourage enrollment, and document the history of their calls. Typically, calls will take place between 5:00PM and 8:00PM, Monday through Thursday. Positions are in Admissions Office and located at the Student Support Services Center directly north of the Pit.

  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
