Position Summary

CCTE Hall Monitor

·         Log in buses’ arrival times/Log out buses’ departure times

·         Collect attendance from programs of study

·         Deliver correspondence from CCTE Office to programs of study

·         Meet and greet students, parents/guardians, sending school personnel, and faculty

·         Collate reports, materials, and documents

·         Retrieve mail

·         Generate tardy passes for CCTE students

·         Perform general clerical duties (i.e., construct binders, file documents, make copies)
