About the Role

What we're looking for: Under the direction of the Assistant Director: Corporate & Exhibition Services, the Corporate Relations & Exhibition Services Intern will assist in the day-to-day logistics including maintaining industry session details, processing exhibitor and sponsor files, communicating with current sponsors and exhibitors, and coordinating meeting materials for the Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.

This position is a paid internship ($20/hour) at 15-20 hours per week, in a hybrid work environment in our Oak Brook, IL office. The internship begins early September and ends mid-December (approximately 14 weeks). 

What you'll do:

  1. Assist in the input and maintenance of industry session details
  2. Assist in the processing of exhibitor’s booth activities and booth designs
  3. Assist in the processing, tracking, and proofing of sponsorship materials 
  4. Assist in the production of onsite meeting materials 
  5. Provide support for other areas of the department with special projects
  6. Support Corporate Relations and Exhibition Services activities at McCormick Place during annual meeting 
  7. Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at McCormick Place for RSNA 2026, November 29-December 2
