The Position

We are seeking for passionate student to join us as a Site IT Experience intern. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in pursuing a career in Site IT support, as they will gain hands-on experience in a global professional environment. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.

  • New floor setup of IT equipments

  • New Hire IT Onboarding tasks

  • Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation

  • Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily task on handling user issues.

​Who we are looking for:

  • Undergraduate students from reputable universities in the relevant fields of IT, Computer Science or Engineering.

  • Passionate and energetic in information technology functions (IT Hardware related).

  • Good communication skills with high proficiency in English.
