About the Role

Kickstart your finance career with a hands-on internship that offers real experience and real impact. We're looking for motivated learners ready to dive into financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting while building essential skills in a supportive team environment.

What will you do?

  • Support the credit management team in reviewing customer accounts and understanding credit risk assessment processes
  • Work closely with Credit Analysts to learn how customer credit exposure is evaluated and monitored
  • Assist with collection activities by helping track outstanding balances and preparing customer account information
  • Observe and participate in customer interactions related to payment follow-up and dispute resolution
  • Help analyze payment trends and account data to identify patterns and support team projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to credit, finance, and customer relationship management processes
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing analytical and professional skills

  • Account Reconciliation — developing level: Learn to review customer account information and assist in maintaining accurate records under guidance from experienced team members.
  • Credit Collections — developing level: Support collection activities and gain an understanding of best practices for managing outstanding accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Collaboration — developing level: Work effectively with analysts, finance professionals, and business partners while learning how different functions collaborate to manage risk and support growth.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation — developing level: Assist with reviewing payment and account data while building analytical skills and learning how data supports credit decisions.
  • Problem Solving — developing level: Support the resolution of routine account issues while learning structured approaches to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Customer Orientation — developing level: Develop an understanding of customer relationship management and the importance of balancing business objectives with customer needs.
  • Conflict Management — developing level: Observe and learn techniques for handling sensitive customer discussions and resolving issues professionally.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. (Grad date: June 2027 or later).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced oral English. MUST
  • Interest in credit risk management, financial analysis, and business operations
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn from experienced professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is a plus
