Position Summary Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Utilités et Fiabilisation au sein d’un site industriel GSK en France. Vous participerez à des projets techniques pour améliorer la fiabilité des équipements et des process utilitaires. Vous travaillerez avec les équipes maintenance, ingénierie, qualité, validation, EHS et des prestataires externes. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Piloter et réaliser des projets de fiabilisation d’équipements et d’amélioration des utilités industrielles. - Exécuter ou contribuer à des protocoles de (dé)commissioning, qualification et validation d’équipements. - Diagnostiquer les pannes, proposer des plans d’action et suivre la mise en œuvre corrective. - Rédiger des spécifications techniques, dossiers de maintenance et rapports d’intervention. - Coordonner des prestataires externes et superviser les travaux conformément aux règles EHS. - Mettre à jour les enregistrements équipements et contribuer à l’optimisation des plans de maintenance (SAP ou autre GMAO). Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Vous préparez ou êtes en cours d’obtention d’un diplôme d’ingénieur (année 1, 2 ou 3) ou équivalent technique supérieur (BTS/DUT/BUT). - Formation antérieure souhaitée : Génie Industriel, Maintenance, Génie Mécanique, Génie Thermique, Énergie ou équivalent. - Connaissances de base en mécanique, pneumatique, électricité et automatisme. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office) et capacité à travailler avec une GMAO. - Bon niveau de communication en français, capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Disponibilité pour travailler sur site (poste en présentiel ou hybride selon organisation locale). Le poste est principalement on-site avec possibilités ponctuelles de travail hybride selon accord avec le manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Connaissance des installations utilitaires : vapeur, air comprimé, eaux, froid industriel, refroidissement. - Expérience ou stage en entreprise industrielle, idéalement en milieu pharmaceutique ou réglementé. - Connaissance des exigences qualité et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) ou familiarité avec des processus de qualification. - Compétences en rédaction technique : procédures, protocoles, rapports et spécifications. - Notions de gestion de projet et capacité à piloter des prestataires. - Anglais professionnel suffisant pour lire documentation technique et échanger occasionnellement.
