Training Operations Support

• Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs and learning activities.
• Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and learning documentation.
• Support preparation of training schedules, materials, and logistics.
• Help monitor training completion and training effectiveness data.
• Assist trainers and stakeholders in day-to-day training administration.

Learning Content Development

• Review and update New Hire Orientation (NHO) materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Design engaging learning materials, presentations, visual aids, and job aids.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather updated information and content.
• Support the development of digital learning resources and learner communication materials.
• Ensure learning materials align with company branding and learning standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Collect feedback from new hires and training participants.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and learning experiences.
• Contribute creative ideas to modernize training content and learner engagement.
