Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres IT-Teams, der praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich ERP-Systeme, IT-Prozesse und verschiedene IT-Projekte in einem internationalen Umfeld sammeln möchte.

Über die Position:

  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems

  • Bearbeitung von First-Level-IT-Support-Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem

  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten, einschließlich Planung, Tests und Dokumentation

  • Unterstützung bei Systemtests und Anwenderschulungen

  • Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Benutzeranforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung

  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Daten, Systemen und Prozessen

  • Durchführung von Datenbankabfragen und Unterstützung bei datenbezogenen Aktivitäten

Über Dich:

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

  • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Support-Aufgaben (z. B. Microsoft Office, Windows 11, Active Directory)

  • Grundverständnis für ERP-Systeme, Datenbanken und IT-Prozesse von Vorteil

  • Gute schriftliche Englischkenntnisse

  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sorgfältiger und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit bestehenden Prozessen

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
