About the Role

Join us through an Exciting VIE as a Supply Chain Analyst, based in Alpago, Italy !

 

You will support production planning, service performance reporting, and data management activities within the plant.  

 

Main Responsibilities

1) Production Master Planning (MPP) 

  • Support the Production Master Planning process and contribute to the preparation and release of the MPP plan
  • Help to analyze demand, production capacity, and operational constraints to improve planning quality and visibility
  • Participate in the deployment and use of planning tools, including Kinaxis Lighthouse, and support the evaluation of planning results after go-live
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve planning effectiveness and support decision-making 

 

2) Service Performance Reporting (OTD / OTA) 

  • Manage service performance reporting for OTD and OTA, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of delivery and availability performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analyses, identify root causes of failures, and communicate recovery actions and back-to-normal timing to stakeholders
  • Provide detailed reporting on shipment delays, missed deliveries, and operational issues affecting service performance
  • Use reporting outputs to support operational reviews, and continuous improvement actions

 

3) Data Management & Process Support 

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across planning and reporting processes
  • Apply data governance principles and support the maintenance of master data used in operational systems  
  • Help improve reporting standards, data flows, and process efficiency across functions  
  • Provide support to users and stakeholders on data-related topics and reporting needs  

 

4) Project Support 

  • Contribute to reporting and analytics projects involving upstream and cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical and analytical support in improvement initiatives and team projects
  • Support new implementations, tools, and process enhancements as a key contributor for planning and data-related topics

Education : Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Management, Information Systems, Economics or a related field

 

Experience : 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, reporting, or data analysis ( apprenticeship and internhip are included)

 

Skills and Mindset : 

 

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong proficiency of Excel and digital reporting tools.  
  • Exposure to advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis  
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions
  •  Good communication skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
