Your role as a Business Performance Controller Intern


As an intern, you will take on a varied and challenging role, gaining experience across the full scope of Business Performance Controlling. 


Typical responsibilities may include:

  • You help to create our (monthly) rolling forecast and valorisation of it

  • You assists for the periodic closures

  • You will prepare and roll out the monthly reporting to different stakeholders internal


Depending on your interests and learning goals, you may also get involved in projects such as:

  • Process improvements

  • Working in projects with different departments

  • Improving collaboration with stakeholders


Who are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying  Finance or Business Administration at Bachelor’s or Master’s level

  • Is available for minimum 32h per week, starting September 2026

  • Has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with numbers

  • Can communicate very well
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the functions of pivot tables, vlookups, etc. (or is eager to develop these skills)

  • Speaks both Dutch and English; German and French are additionally welcome

  • Is enthusiastic, proactive, creative, and able to think outside the box;

  • Works well in a team but can also take ownership of projects independently
