About the Role

Siamo alla ricerca di un Operations Intern da inserire in stage all’ interno della nostra Boutique di Roma. La risorsa, riportando direttamente all’Operations Manager e collaborando quotidianamente con il team manageriale, sarà coinvolta nella gestione delle attività operative, contribuendo attivamente alla strategia della boutique. In particolare, la posizione prevede un ruolo attivo nel supporto e nella gestione delle operazioni di back office, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare i risultati e le performance della boutique, sempre nel rispetto dell'immagine della Maison.   

Responsabilità: 

  • Assistere il Boutique Operations Manager nel monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance e collaborare con il team sulla definizione di piani d'azione. 

  • Redigere report quotidiani sulle performance retail, inclusi traffico, obiettivi mensili e distribuzione delle categorie. 

  • Supportare il Boutique Operations Manager nella gestione degli ordini e nella definizione di strategie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della boutique. 

  • Supportare il progetto RFID e l'implementazione delle procedure di gestione dello stock, lavorando con il team di Sales Managers per monitorare le best practices. 

  • Fornire supporto nella gestione dei servizi generali per garantire il mantenimento dell'immagine della boutique, segnalando anomalie o malfunzionamenti. 

 

Requisiti: 

  • Laurea preferibilmente in Economia, Ingegneria o discipline affini. 

  • Buona padronanza di competenze analitiche e organizzative. 

  • Capacità di adattamento e ottime competenze relazionali. 

  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint. 

  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese. 

  • Passione per il settore fashion luxury.
