Location: Guadalajara, MX (Onsite)
Position Type: Part-Time Internship
Eligibility: Students pursuing a Computer Systems degree or similar.
Compensation: Pay will vary depending on location. Students may also be eligible to receive academic credit toward a course or program requirement, depending on their school’s policies.

Role at a Glance: The IT Support Intern provides operational support for day-to-day IT activities, ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees while enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives and automation. This role offers hands-on experience in end-user support, asset management, and service operations within a modern IT organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for day-to-day IT activities.
  • Handle end-user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Assist with account administration and asset management tasks.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures.
  • Support service operations and contribute to workflow standardization and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT support, automation, and technology.
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
