What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Intern, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to support production equipment reliability and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Supporting equipment repairs and troubleshooting efforts
  • Learning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance techniques
  • Participating in root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects
  • Assisting with equipment inspections, maintenance documentation, and repair records
  • Supporting spare parts inventory and maintenance organization efforts
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Gaining exposure to industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintenance best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in:
    • Industrial Maintenance
    • Electronics Technology
    • Mechatronics
    • Mechanical Technology
    • Electrical Technology
    • Related technical field
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Manufacturing, automotive, or electronics experience is a plus
