About the Role

Practicante para planta Juárez 3.
Estudiantes activos (un año o más para egresar) de Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economia, o similar.


Apoyar al departamento de TR en actividades relacionadas con la gestión de beneficios y salarios en BRP, realizar análisis para ayudar al equipo en las actividades diarias. 
 

Principales Tareas y Responsabilidades.

  • Administración de seguros médicos: gestión de elegibilidad, comunicación con empleados y seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Apoyo al equipo de TR en análisis de compensación.
  • Participación en encuestas salariales y análisis de mercado.
  • Ejecución de actividades y proyectos asignados relacionados con Recursos Humanos.
  • Interés en Recursos Humanos, beneficios y compensación.
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de MS Office.
  • Capacidad analítica y criterio para la toma de decisiones.
  • Proactividad, orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas.
