Attraction：
-        可参与电机、电控、变速器等核心部件测试，接触行业前沿技术与标准，为未来深耕新能源测试领域积累核心竞争力
-        基于大模型的智能测试体系建设，运用提示词工程、AI生成测试用例、自动化缺陷识别等技术，直接优化电驱动系统测试流程
Tasks:
-       使用大模型生成电驱动系统测试用例，将“经验”和数据结合；
-       利用AI工具分析测试标准，找出最优组合；
-       协助开发AI异常检测模型，自动标记潜在失效模式
Requirements:
- 硕士或以上学历，汽车工程专业背景。Master’s degree or above with Vehicle Engineering
- 了解数据管理，统计，编程，AI技术优先。Knowledge of data management, statistics, programming, AI exploration expertise would be a plus.
- 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
- 优秀的沟通能力。Outstanding communication skill.
