\n- Take full ownership of recurring day-to-day operational tasks for the Taiwan and Hong Kong Operations team, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate execution to free up team capacity for higher-priority initiatives.
- Serve as a coordination point between internal stakeholders across the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, ensuring smooth information flow, timely follow-ups, and alignment on operational priorities and deadlines.
- Manage administrative activities such as documentation, tracking, and reporting to support the team's operational workflows and maintain organized, up-to-date records for both markets.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks and support process improvements that contribute to the operational efficiency and scalability of the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
- A strong collaborator who communicates clearly and concisely, and can manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across markets and functions.
- A results-driven individual who takes ownership of their work, sets ambitious goals, and consistently delivers efficient outcomes.
- A proactive team player who communicates clearly, anticipates needs, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to switch seamlessly between the two in a fast-paced, cross-market environment.
- Currently an undergraduate college student in Business, Engineering, or a related field; or a recent college graduate with plans to pursue further studies in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Has prior knowledge or experience in operations or a similar field (internship, project work, or coursework are all welcome).
- Able to report to our Shanghai office at least twice a week for the entire 6-month duration of the internship.
