L'accès au métier d'assistant Sourcing s'effectue à Bac + 3 en Achats.

L'Assistant Sourcing, sous la direction du responsable achats, gère les consultations et le suivi administratif et IT, en collaboration avec les différents services de l'entreprise.

L'Assistant Sourcing possède des qualités de rigueur, de rapidité et d'organisation afin d'éviter tout dysfonctionnement des procédures et tout dommage pour l'entreprise. Il a une bonne connaissance des techniques et des outils liés aux opérations d’achats. Une parfaite maîtrise des outils et logiciels de bureautique est indispensable.

  • Pratique professionnelle de l’anglais (niveau négociation) indispensable
  • Aptitude pour la gestion des transports
  • Aptitude à la communication

ACTIVITES ASSOCIEES :

Organiser et gérer les consultations. Coordonner les réponses fournisseurs avec les equipes ITO Organiser des points réguliers avec les différents interlocuteurs Régler les éventuels litiges avec les prestataires, les transporteurs, les sous-traitants…

Apprenticeship Description:

Within our Power Conversion business unit, based at our Villebon site and specializing in the field of power conversion, we are currently looking for one (1) Sourcing Assistant Apprentice for a 12-month apprenticeship.

The apprentice will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:

Candidate Profile:

The Sourcing Assistant position is typically suited to candidates pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bachelor +3) in Procurement or Purchasing.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Sourcing Assistant is responsible for managing supplier consultations, as well as administrative and IT-related follow-up activities, in close collaboration with the company's various departments.

The Sourcing Assistant must demonstrate strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and organizational skills to ensure smooth procurement processes and prevent operational disruptions. A solid understanding of purchasing techniques and procurement tools is required. Proficiency in standard office software and IT applications is essential.

  • Professional working proficiency in English (negotiation level) is required.

  • Ability to coordinate transportation and logistics activities.

  • Strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage supplier consultations (RFQs/tenders).

  • Coordinate supplier responses with the ITO (Inquiry to Order) teams.

  • Organize regular follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Resolve any disputes or issues with suppliers, logistics providers, and subcontractors.
