As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Stock & Inventory Intern to join our team.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and students to gain practical, hands-on experience in inventory management, asset control, warehouse operations, and stock management within a fast-paced technology environment. No prior work experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
  • Support the receiving, inspection, and verification of incoming stock and equipment.
  • Assist in updating inventory records following stock receipt, issuance, transfer, or adjustment.
  • Participate in stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and periodic stock audits.
  • Assist in preparing, issuing, tracking, and recovering company assets.
  • Support the organization and proper storage of inventory within the warehouse.
  • Help identify damaged, obsolete, or low-stock items and report them to the supervisor.
  • Assist in preparing inventory reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support stock transfers and ensure inventory movements are properly recorded.
  • Work closely with the Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations teams to support inventory activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and safety standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Inventory Supervisor.


Requirements

  • No prior work experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or store keeping principles is an added advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
