About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Support a global Customer Service team responsible for order fulfillment across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process

  • Contribute to daily operations, including order processing, claims management, master data maintenance, and the preparation of key figures for internal reporting

  • Coordinate and communicate with external distributors, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of commercial agreements

  • Drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes within the international distributor business, always maintaining a strong customer focus

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled at a university, ideally with initial experience gained as a working student in an industrial environment

  • Thrives in a dynamic and agile environment, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines while demonstrating a high level of commitment and ownership

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and responsibly

  • Fluent in German and English, enabling effective communication with international internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage

  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen interest in gaining experience in the international distribution of Vileda products
