Role Overview

The HR Co-op / Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination, candidate communication and general HR projects.

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining practical experience in a collaborative corporate environment.
 

What You’ll Do

  •  Support day-to-day activities and administrative tasks across the Human Resources team.

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication and interview scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate information, trackers, files and documentation within HR systems.

  • Support HR projects, process improvements and employee-related initiatives.

  • Help prepare reports, presentations, templates and communication materials.

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and project activities with internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with pre-employment activities and other HR programs as required.

  • Provide general support to the HR team while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
     

What You’ll Bring

  • A positive, collaborative and willingness-to-learn approach.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Human Resources, Business Administration or related post-secondary program.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

  • No previous HR experience is required.

  • Previous recruitment, HR, administrative or customer-service experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong communication, organization and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Hourly Range: $22 to $25/hour
