Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with strong potential for long-term growth.

This role supports the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives across brand, sales, and internal communications. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Operations & Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in the coordination of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including organizing, tracking, and shipping assets to support sales initiatives
  • Monitor shared marketing and sales inboxes, ensuring timely responses and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Contribute to social media efforts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including content ideation, creation, and scheduling
  • Support marketing operations by managing orders for business cards, uniforms, and branded materials, while identifying opportunities to improve internal processes
  • Design and update sales collateral, including sell sheets and supporting materials
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and marketing decks
  • Support internal communications, including drafting and organizing employee-facing content
  • Provide administrative and project support for internal platforms such as the online ordering portal and employee intranet

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or administrative support within a marketing environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkeIn
  • Experience with content creation, marketing materials, or basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • WORK AUTHORIZATION - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
