About the Role

Ontario (Remote) | Start: Mid-July 2026 | 816 weeks (flexible)

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI-native intern who thinks in prompts, builds with agents, and is excited about applying AI to real business workflows.

This isn’t a traditional “ML intern” role. You’ll work directly on high-impact AI applications and have ownership from day one, a fast feedback loop, and exposure to leadership.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll help design and ship practical AI solutions such as:

  • AI agents & copilots
    • Build task-specific agents (Sales & Marketing, Operations, knowledge retrieval, etc.)
    • Integrate LLMs into real workflows
  • Workflow automation
    • Automate repetitive processes using AI + APIs + orchestration tools
    • Turn manual work into scalable systems
  • Prompt engineering & evaluation
    • Design prompts, tools, and feedback loops
    • Improve reliability, accuracy, and UX of AI systems
  • Light engineering / integration
    • Connect systems
    • Work with APIs, structured data, and vector databases
  • Rapid experimentation
    • Prototype quickly, test with users, iterate fast
    • Balance “shipping” with thoughtful design

Who You Are:

We care more about how you think and build than formal credentials.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have built something with LLMs, agents, or automation tools
    • (LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, AutoGPT, Zapier, etc.)
  • Are comfortable learning by doing and shipping quickly
  • Think in systems: “How could AI do this better or faster?”
  • Have basic coding ability
  • Are curious, resourceful, and not afraid to experiment

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, or eval frameworks
  • Exposure to product thinking or UX for AI
  • Contributions to GitHub or personal AI projects

What You’ll Gain

  • Real ownership of AI systems used in production
  • Mentorship + exposure to senior leadership
  • A portfolio of shipped AI work (not just experiments)
  • Deep practical experience with applied AI (agents > theory)

Structure & Timing

  • Start: Mid-July 2026 (flexible)
  • Duration: 6-8 weeks
  • Format: Remote (Ontario preferred)
  • Compensation: Competitive (aligned with intern benchmarks)

Why This Role Is Different

Most internships are scoped narrowly. This one is not.

You’ll operate like a builder at the edge of AI + real work, solving messy, high-value problems—not just training models in isolation.
