Job Scope

  • Assist in Daily DC Project Delivery: Support the execution and delivery of daily data center projects with Project Manager
  • Assist in Client Communication and Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients
  • Documentation and Process Handling: Manage related process applications, report preparation, meeting minutes, and other documentation tasks
  • Invoicing and Payment Collection: Handle invoicing and payment collection from clients

Job Requirements

1. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in all three languages
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members in a multilingual environment

2. Strong Interest in DC Industry:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about data centers
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Showing high potential for further development and advance within the data center industry

3. Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors

4. Experience in Documentation:

  • Proven experience in preparing and managing various types of documentation, including process applications, meeting minutes, and project reports
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents

5. Outgoing and Detail-Oriented:

  • Cheerful and extroverted personality that fosters a positive work environment
  • Meticulous and careful approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
