About the Role

Develop and Produce Training Promotional Content
1. Create engaging content such as posters, videos, infographics, social media posts, and email banners to promote training programmes and learning initiatives.
2. Manage Content Calendar and Social Media Platforms
Plan, schedule, and publish training-related content across internal communication channels and social media platforms to increase awareness and participation.
3. Support Multimedia Production and Performance Tracking
Assist in photography, videography, video editing, and monitor content performance metrics (engagement, reach, registrations) to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
