Intern

This position is to support the maintenance team in repairs and maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure effective and efficient operation of plant

Main Accountabilities : 

1. To assist with planned preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance on all plant equipment and buildings
2. To perform routine inspection to assess general condition of plant equipment and to identify lubricant, product, air ,steam and other leakages.
3. Team up with production operators in running the plant
4. Practise 5S & maintain housekeeping standard during maintenance to  ensure a clean and safe workplace
5. Strictly follow and ensure plant safety
6. Any other assignment assigned by the management

Requirement 

1. Diploma & above any Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Enginering
2. Duration of internship :     4 months to 12 months
3. Compueter literacy.
4. Basic understanding of equipment functionality in relation to operations and production
5. Basic knowledge in rotating equipment maintenance, electrical & instrument, lubricants, etc.
6. Familiar with Microsoft Excel - basic formula for data sorting and analysis.
7. Basic knowledge on safety hazards of rotating equipment and electricity supply.
