AI Engineering Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and highly motivated students to join our AI & Automation team as AI Engineering Interns. This internship provides hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, Cloud AI Services, and Intelligent Automation.

Interns will work alongside experienced AI architects and engineers on real-world projects, gaining practical exposure to modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, automation technologies, and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications using Python and modern software engineering practices.
  • Build Agentic AI solutions utilizing frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Work with cloud AI platforms including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and related AI services.
  • Assist in building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI solutions following MLOps principles.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs and cloud services.
  • Support intelligent automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate and other automation platforms where applicable.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python.
  • Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and software development lifecycle concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passion for learning emerging AI technologies and solving real-world engineering problems.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts or multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Basic understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
  • Experience with Vector Databases, RAG architectures, or AI application development is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases is desirable.
