Realizar una pasantía profesional diseñada para brindar capacitación y experiencia en el trabajo a los recién graduados universitarios. Participa en diversas asignaciones de trabajo, proyectos y actividades de diversa complejidad, estructuradas para permitir que el pasante obtenga los conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas neces

Responsabilidades

  • Comprende el concepto general de la empresa, incluida la marca, el cliente, los objetivos del producto y todos los demás aspectos del servicio
  • Proporcionar sugerencias a la gerencia para mejorar el servicio al cliente y los procesos internos
  • Aprende y se vuelve competente en los sistemas de software internos
  • Según corresponda al puesto y según lo especifique la gerencia de la unidad, realiza investigaciones originales y prepara informes basados en los hallazgos, para incluir recomendaciones o propuestas alternativas de acción. Participa en proyectos del Negocio designados para investigar, proponer ideas y soluciones, y presentar el proyecto final durante la pasantía. Asistir a las reuniones y levantar actas. Ayuda a crear informes de rendimiento. Recibe orientación, capacitación y tutoría de personal profesional en la planificación y realización de actividades y asignaciones.
