THE MISSIONS : 

 

 Develop a future European specialist in China-based G&R operations. Strengthen alignment between China and Europe pricing & solution design. Improve cross‑regional communication and remove knowledge gaps. Support G&R China in building standardized global SOPs and BPE Function Enhancement: 

 

  • Product Learning & Benchmarking
  • Pricing & Solution Design capability development
  • Act as a communication bridge between China and Europe to support and promote G&R services.
  • New Business Implementation
  • TCA and Kaizen 

 

PROFILE :

 

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Interest in pricing, operations, and business development 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Fluent in English 
  • Shenzhen
