Your Responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt bei der systematischen Erfassung und Sicherung von Erfahrungswissen im Bereich Schubbeize.
  • Du begleitest erfahrene Steuerleute im Arbeitsalltag und gewinnst Einblicke in betriebliche Prozesse und Abläufe.
  • Du führst strukturierte Interviews mit Mitarbeitenden durch, um wertvolles Expertenwissen zu dokumentieren.
  • Du analysierst Arbeitsabläufe und dokumentierst Standardprozesse sowie relevante Arbeitsschritte.
  • Du erstellst verständliche Ablaufbeschreibungen, Checklisten und Prozessübersichten zur nachhaltigen Wissenssicherung.
  • Du sammelst und strukturierst unterstützende Dokumentationen wie Fotos, Screenshots und technische Unterlagen.
  • Du identifizierst und dokumentierst Unterschiede in Vorgehensweisen zwischen einzelnen Schichten und Arbeitsbereichen.
  • Du hältst offene Fragestellungen fest und unterstützt bei deren Klärung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen.
  • Du sorgst für eine strukturierte Ablage, Pflege und Aktualisierung der Projektdokumentation.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Fachkräften und Führungskräften zusammen und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherung von Know-how und Prozesswissen.

Your Profile

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und interessierst dich für industrielle Produktionsprozesse.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und gehst Aufgaben eigenständig an.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und verständlich darzustellen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und trittst offen sowie professionell gegenüber unterschiedlichen Gesprächspartnern auf.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Neugier für technische und organisatorische Fragestellungen aus.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Wissen zu strukturieren, zu dokumentieren und nachhaltig verfügbar zu machen.
  • Du kannst Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Quellen erfassen, aufbereiten und verständlich dokumentieren.
