About the Role

The Facilities Management Intern will support the day-to-day operation of corporate office buildings, with a primary focus on soft services and workplace experience.
 

You will gain hands-on exposure to facilities operations, vendor coordination, workplace inspections, service delivery, safety practices and administrative support. This internship is suitable for students interested in facilities management, hospitality, operations or workplace administration.
 

As part of the internship, you may be attached to different sites across the Hyderabad area. This will provide opportunities to learn from multiple facilities teams, experience different workplace environments and understand how service standards are managed across various client locations.
 

What You Will Do

  • Support daily facilities management activities at assigned office sites.

  • Conduct routine inspections of meeting rooms, pantries, common areas, washrooms and other workplace facilities.

  • Help ensure that office spaces are clean, safe, presentable and ready for use.

  • Assist in monitoring soft services such as housekeeping, pantry services, pest control, waste management and other workplace support services.

  • Track facilities-related issues and service requests through internal systems and follow up on their resolution.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service partners to support timely completion of operational tasks.

  • Assist with basic reporting, record-keeping, checklists and documentation.

  • Support workplace safety, compliance and site readiness activities.

  • Respond to employee or client requests in a professional and service-oriented manner.

  • Collaborate with facilities teams across different sites in Hyderabad.

  • Support other facilities and workplace administration activities as assigned.
     

What You Will Learn

About You

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Hotel Management.

  • Interested in facilities management, hospitality operations, workplace services or corporate administration.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented.

  • Able to identify issues and follow through on actions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-service-focused environment.

  • Willing and able to travel between assigned sites within the Hyderabad area when required.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with site teams, vendors and other stakeholders.

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
     

Prior facilities management experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
