What the Role Entails

As a Community Intern on the PUBG MOBILE Türkiye Publishing Team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our regional community and publishing efforts. This is a learning-focused role: you will help grow and engage the Turkish PUBG MOBILE community across different stages of the game’s lifecycle, working alongside experienced industry professionals and developing practical skills in community management.

  • Support the team in brainstorming and running community events that keep players engaged and sustain a healthy, active community.

  • Assist the community with WOW (Sandbox creation mode) topics, including supporting in-game activations, preparing announcements, and answering mode-related questions.

  • Help monitor player conversations, gather community feedback, and contribute to sentiment reports for the development team.

  • Track gaming trends, competitor activity, and regional hot topics, and share relevant findings with the team.

  • Help identify emerging local content creators and support the team in tracking creator content for project promotions.

  • Shadow and support the publishing team during new PUBG MOBILE updates and live operations.

Who We Look For

  • Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate looking to start a career in the gaming industry.

  • Strong passion for gaming and a genuine desire to learn about community management, content creation, and activity planning.

  • Excellent written and spoken Turkish as the primary working language; good English skills are highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, gaming communities, and Discord.

  • A strong team player who is eager to learn, highly communicative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Actively follows mobile gaming trends, esports, local influencers, and popular streamers.
