About the Role

What You Can Expect:

  • Supportare la gestione operativa delle spedizioni marittime internazionali in export.
  • Inserire e aggiornare i dati relativi alle spedizioni nei sistemi aziendali.
  • Collaborare alla preparazione, verifica e gestione della documentazione di spedizione.
  • Supportare il coordinamento con clienti, fornitori e compagnie di navigazione, garantendo un flusso efficace delle informazioni.
  • Monitorare lo stato delle spedizioni e fornire supporto nella comunicazione degli aggiornamenti ai clienti e agli stakeholder coinvolti.
  • Collaborare nella gestione di eventuali criticità operative, contribuendo all'individuazione di soluzioni tempestive.
  • Supportare il team operativo nel garantire qualità, accuratezza e puntualità del servizio.

What You Bring:

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o laurea, preferibilmente in Logistica, Economia, Commercio Internazionale o discipline affini.
  • Interesse per il settore della logistica, delle spedizioni internazionali e della supply chain.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Precisione, proattività e orientamento all'apprendimento.
