About the Role

Location: Davenport, IA/Remote

Type: Part Time

Hours: 10 hours per week


Key responsibilities

  • CRM & DATA MANEGEMENT: Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining CRM date within Zoho CRM. Help track leads, contacts, and customer activity. Support ongoing CRM organization and improvement efforts. 
  • ZOHO ONE SUPPORT & AUTOMATION: Assist with Zoho One applications, including CRM, Campaigns, Forms, and Flow. Help ensure systems and workflows are functioning properly. Support troubleshooting and testing activities. Assist with automation setup and workflow updates. 
  • MARKETING AUTOMATION: Support lead capture workflows from website forms. Assist with website visitor tracking tools and reporting. Help support automated email follow-ups and marketing workflows. Assist with integrations and automation-related tasks. 
  • PROCESS IMPROVMENT: Help document workflows and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.  Support implementation of new marketing and lead management processes. 
  • COLLABORATION: Work directly with the Marketing Manager on marketing operations initiatives. Provide support for marketing systems and tools. Participate in team meetings and project activities as needed. 


Experience 

Experience in collaboration, process improvement, marketing automation, and data management preferred


Minimum Qualifications 

  • Basic computer and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Ability to work 10 hours per week
