About the Role

Duration: Fall 2026 - Part-Time

 

Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, helping customers drive efficiency, sustainability, and digital transformation. 

 

As a Training & Curriculum Intern, you will support the Education Services team in creating and delivering training programs for employees, partners, and customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in learning development while contributing to real-world projects in energy and digital technology. 

 

Responsibilities 

Training Support  

  • Assist in delivering basic training sessions (online or in person) with guidance from senior instructors  
  • Help set up training environments (software, systems, or virtual labs)  
  • Work with team members to support ongoing projects and learning programs  
  • Provide general support to employees and learners during training activities 

 

Curriculum & Content Development  

  • Help prepare training materials such as presentations, exercises, course content, and guides 
  • Review and edit content for clarity and consistency  
  • Support updates to materials when products or tools change  
  • Organize and maintain training documents and resources 
  • Leverage software and technology to create and enhance learning experiences (e.g. Camtasia, AudiateEasyGenerator, CoPilot, and more). 

 

Collaboration & Learning 

  • Work with Schneider Electric’s Education team to understand training needs  
  • Assist in gathering feedback frgom learners to improve courses  
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas  
  • Support other education-related tasks as needed

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree (related fields include Education, Technology, Communications 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills  
  • Interest in learning and helping others learn  
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) 
  • Ability to work onsite in our Fort Collins office location
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience using media authoring tools like CamtasiaEasyGeneratorAudiate, or similar 
  • Experience with GIS and/or ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and other Esri products  
  • Experience with and/or interest in processes to enable public works or utilities 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, MS Access, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Azure 
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages is a plus
