About the Role

Design & Digital Student Assistant (12-15 hours)

Do you want hands-on experience with digital design in a global company – and see your work used around the world?

Join BioMar’s internal design and digital team in Aarhus, where you will help bring our brand to life across markets and channels. In this role, you will not just support – you will create, improve, and shape visual content that is used by colleagues globally.

Create digital content used across the globe

As our new Student Assistant, you will become part of a small, agile team supporting BioMar’s global marketing efforts. You will work with a mix of design, video, and digital tasks – always with an eye for quality and consistency.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Creating and adapting on-brand content such as social media posts in Canva and Adobe tools

  • Editing short videos for digital channels using tools like CapCut or similar

  • Updating and versioning marketing materials (e.g. presentations, posters)

  • Uploading and maintaining content on our website

  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks – from asset organisation to creative input

  • Working with the BioMar marketing teams around the world

You have an eye for design and enjoy getting things done

We are less focused on your exact study line – and more on how you work and what you bring to the team. You enjoy working with visual content, and you take pride in making things look and feel right.

Must-have:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools

  • You have a strong visual sense and an eye for detail

  • You are comfortable working with design and content tools (or quick to learn and not afraid to figure things out on your own)

  • You are structured and reliable, and you follow through on your tasks

  • You communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme and are curious about working in an international environment

Nice-to-have:

  • Interest in photography or personal creative projects

  • Experience with CMS or website updates

  • Danish or Spanish language skills

Why join BioMar?

This is your opportunity to gain practical experience in a global company where your work will be seen and used internationally. You will develop your creative and digital skills while working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and informal environment.

We offer:

  • A student job with real impact and learning opportunities

  • A central Aarhus location and an international work environment

  • Insight into how global marketing and branding work in practice

  • A flexible role that fits alongside your studies

Practical information

  • Location: Aarhus, Denmark

  • Working hours: Approximately 12–15 hours per week
