Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead sustainability data management, including monthly ESG reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and distribute engaging weekly ESG newsletters to keep teams informed and inspired.
  • Manage customer requests and ensure compliance with the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG).
  • Support internal and external meetings, events, and platform development for the Sustainability Office.
  • Stay ahead of sustainability regulations and contribute to strategic projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in ESG, Sustainability, Business Management, Economics, or Environment.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Excel to create impactful presentations and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (German is a plus).
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and a drive to make a difference.
