Join our team as a Finance & Accounting Intern and play a vital role in supporting critical financial operations, enhancing processes, and driving insightful analysis. What you’ll be doing:

  • Support diverse Finance projects, from treasury improvements to operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Analyze key financial data and metrics to monitor the health and performance of our processes.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, including monthly management accounts and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to exciting Finance transformation projects, enhancing processes, governance, and documentation.
  • Assist senior accountants with essential financial close activities, including data gathering and reconciliation.
  • Review and propose improvements for financial paperwork, procedures, and reporting systems.

What you'll bring: (6-8 bullet points max)

  • Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An ability to grasp the 'big picture' while diligently managing process details.
  • A proactive, independent work ethic coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment.
