Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the Shipping Team in managing essential documentation and operational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and shipping operations in a dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations within the respective department and team
Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and projects
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives
Do you have what it takes?
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English for translation and review tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Great collaboration skills.
Result oriented.
A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time.
