About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the Shipping Team in managing essential documentation and operational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and shipping operations in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations within the respective department and team

  • Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

  • Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures

  • Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and projects

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Good command of English for translation and review tasks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Great collaboration skills.

  • Result oriented.

  • A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time.
