About the Role

Job Summary

The Business Transformation Intern will support the delivery of internal communications and change management projects by contributing to content development, project coordination, and business development activities. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit internal communication materials, including leadership messages, change narratives, FAQs, and employee-facing updates.

  • Support the development of communication plans and toolkits for transformation and change management projects.

  • Help maintain content calendars and coordinate the rollout of internal campaigns across channels.

  • Support day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking of deliverables.

  • Assist with the preparation of client-ready materials such as presentations, workshop content, and reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep project timelines and action items on track.

  • Support proposal development, including research, formatting, and drafting sections under senior guidance.

  • Help prepare pitch materials, credentials decks, and case studies.

  • Conduct research on clients, sectors, and competitors to inform business development conversations.

 

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

  • Interest in organizational change, culture, employee engagement, and internal communications.

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with AI tools for research, drafting, and content development is a plus.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
